The Strandcafe is located directly on the Southern shore of Lake Altaussee, in the midst of a nature sanctuary. Chances are given that you will find us.

Take a counterclockwise walk around the lake and you will be right here. Going by car, follow the signs with the mermaid when entering Altaussee (first junction to the right )– she will guide you to the right shore.

Easiest way is taking a boat – and row your passage to the opposite shore.
